▪ Each crab collected from wild and grown in the farm
▪ Big traps are used to ensure small crabs below 50g are not caught to ensure sustainability
▪ These crabs are fed with fresh fish for the flesh to taste better
▪ Each delicate piece is then picked and packed indivdually
▪ Recommended to coat it with a thin layer of flour batter and deep fry
