Any orders placed will be ready for delivery or collection within 3 business days. We will notify you via the phone number provided when the order is ready for collection or delivery.

What do I have to do after placing order?

We will notify you once your order is scheduled for delivery or ready for collection.
If you opted for delivery:
Upon confirmation, no changes in the delivery date, time or location is allowed. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the order(s) at the scheduled delivery date and time.
 
If you opted for self-collection:​
All self-collection orders will be ready in 2 business days after we have received your payment. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please collect within 4 working days. Your email order confirmation is required for verification.
 
All sales are final. Any order not collected within 4 business days will be immediately disposed at your expense to ensure the freshness of products.
