At Food Explorer, we take great care to ensure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition. As our products are perishable, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for any change-of-mind purchases.
However, in the rare event that an item is damaged, spoilt, or incorrect at the time of delivery or collection, you may request an exchange.

Our team will review the case, and if the issue is confirmed, an exchange will be arranged. In exceptional situations, a refund may be considered, but this is strictly at our sole discretion after thorough assessment.
